Gin Fizz
Ingredients
60ml Pandora Gin
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
30ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
Soda water (Don't shake)*
Garnish: Lemon Twist
TIP: Dry Shake all ingredients* in a shaker before adding ice, then shake again on ice!
Method
Place gin, lemon juice, syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until cold.
Strain the drink into a glass and top with soda water
Garnish with a lemon twist

Tips:
Dry shaking is super important do not miss this step
Double-Strain this cocktail. Use a small cocktail sieve as well as the cocktail strainer!
If you do not have lemon juice, lime juice works just as well
