Gin Pornstar Martini

Ingredients

Half a Cup of Ice

45ml PDC Australian Dry Gin

15ml Passionfruit Liquer

30ml Passionfruit Pulp

15ml Simple Syrup

Garnish: Half a Passionfruit and 60ml Sparkling Wine on the side

Method

Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass

Garnish with a passion fruit half

Serve with a glass of sparkling wine on the side

Tips:

  • The sparkling wine is TOTALLY optional; we tend to leave it out

  • Frozen passionfruit pulp works just as well, just make sure you defrost it beforehand.

  • We like to pre-strain our passionfruit pulp to avoid seeds in our drink, a fine sieve will do the trick
