Negroni
Ingredients
Half a Cup of Ice
30ml PDC Australian Dry Gin
30ml Campari
30ml Sweet Vermouth
Garnish: Orange Peel or Dehydrated Orange
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
Stir until well chilled
Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
Garnish

Tips:
If you want a slightly sweeter Negroni add 15ml of simple syrup
To make the famous Negroni Spagliato replace the Gin with Prosecco
